Refunds and Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to exclusive@viso.events
No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 5 days prior to the scheduled event.
A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 2 to 5 days prior to the scheduled event.
A 80% refund will be granted if the request is received more than 5 days prior to the scheduled event.
